Lielisks palīgs, ja ir vēlme kustēties, bet spēki pietrūkst. Man ir 59, pavasarī kautkāds covids nogāza smagā formā, likās, ka visu vasaru nevaru atjēgties. Neesmu sportiska, drīzāk vienkārši kustīga - padarbojos dārzā, sakopju teritoriju pie upes, papeldu. Šķita, ka viss darbošanās prieks pazudis un laiks personas kodu pārlasīt -līdz pamēģināju šo.
