Bija problēmas ar iemigšanu. Sāku lietot triptofānu kopā ar teanīnu, domāju paies kāds laiks kamēr miegs sakārtosies, bet bija tulītējs efekts. Ātri iemigu jau pirmajā vakarā, guļu labi visu nakti, no rīta pamostos izgulējusies. Super produkti.
